Margarita On The Rocks Recipe

1. Rub Lime Wedge around rim of rocks glass

2. Roll rocks glass in coarse salt

3. In Shaker:

• .75 oz Fresh Lime
• .5 oz Agave Syrup (1:1 Agave & Hot Water, mixed thoroughy)
• 1 oz Triple Sec (Optional)
• 2 oz Blanco or Reposado Tequila

4. Shake for 15-20 seconds

5. Strain over ice in rocks glass

6. Garnish with Lime Wedge
